As we move along to the second emotion for the month, we are now looking at grief. The emotion of grief will sometimes go through a cycle that is comprised of many different emotions (anger, disbelief, shock, guilt, sadness, etc...). Thankfully, we have essential oils to help support us through our grief and all of the associated emotions that can come with it. The following six oils and blends are wonderful choices to support, comfort, and calm during those times. I am listing Breathe first, because in my opinion, Breathe is a foundational necessity in this situation as it opens the airways. During these heavy emotional times, the airways can become restricted and closed off. Having the ability to breathe deeply can help to calm the heart, mind, and emotions.
